Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

 

INFORMATION FOR EUROPEAN RESIDENTS

DATA RETENTION

 

When you enter one of our contests, subscribe to a newsletter or artist information bulletin, or participate in other types of promotions, we will maintain your Notification Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it.

 

MINORS

 

By using the Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Site.

 

CHANGES

 

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.  We encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Policy to ensure you are aware of any recent changes we have made to our practices concerning how Personal Information is collected, used, and shared.  Updates to this Privacy Policy will take effect immediately upon posting on the Site.
